With roots that extend more than 15 years, Guardian Property Services is Kelowna’s most established home watch service with clients that have been with us since its inception. Originally formed under the name We Can, the company began providing house checks in the Kelowna and West Kelowna areas for residents looking for someone to watch over their property in their absence. Over time, the company has evolved into a full-service provider that offers a wide spectrum of offerings to keep homes safe and well-maintained while saving homeowners time and hassle.

Liability

Guardian Property Services, Inc. is fully licensed and insured.  They carry 2 million dollars in commercial general liability insurance and can present a certificate upon request.
